Appointment Policies

Please understand that under no circumstances will the $20 try-on fee be refunded back to you.

Additionally, if you place your hire order after the 48hr window has passed, the $20 try-on fee will not be deducted from your hire total.

If you are running late to your try-on appointment, that is completely fine, please just let us know. Your appointment will still end at the same time however, with no extra time supplemented. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you won't be refunded the $20 try-on fee. You will then have to book another try-on appointment and pay another $20 fee if you'd still like to try on our garments.

Cancellation by you w/o rescheduling = no refund.

Cancellation by you w/ rescheduling = $20 fee can be transferred only to the closest Wednesday after your original appointment, otherwise a new appointment and fee will need to be booked.

Please understand that our garments come at a first come first serve basis. This means that we will always prioritise hire orders that have been paid in full + bond.

Having a try-on appointment booked and fee paid, does not mean your desired garment(s) are reserved. However, if you have a try-on appointment booked and your garment(s) have become unavailable before your appointment, we will cancel your appointment and refund you the $20 fee. 

This is the ONLY exception to our no refund policy.

We allow for you to bring up to 1 additional guest. They are more than welcome to try on the same garments you have listed in your booking. 

If they would like to try on different garments, they will need to make a seperate booking at a different time.

Come prepared wearing nude under garments, sticky bras, inserts and nipple covers. You are also more than welcome to bring your own heels.

Please DO NOT come to your appointment with freshly applied fake tan or a spray tan. If your tan is a day or two old and has been fully washed, that is fine.

It is not recommended to come with a full face of makeup on however if you are coming with makeup on already, that is fine. You will need to be extra careful when trying on garments to avoid any makeup stains on our garments.

Please note that you will be charged a damage fee in accordance with our hiring terms & conditions if there are any fake tan/ makeup stains on our garments during your appointment.

Styling assistance will be available to you for the entire duration of your appointment. This includes but not limited to tying up corsets or zipping up dresses etc.

Please be very mindful that our try-ons are at a private location. If anything is found to be taken or stolen after your appointment, we will not hesitate to contact authorities and you will automatically be blacklisted.
