How it works
Before your appointment |
Please have 2-3 garments picked out before booking an appointment. Once you book an appointment and pay the $20 try-on fee, you will be sent the location address via our Instagram @rentalatelier. Please DM us on Instagram @rentalatelier that you have arrived for your appointment. We will let you know when we are ready for you to come in. |
At your appointment |
The 2-3 items listed in your booking will be ready for you at your appointment and you will have a maximum of 30 minutes to try on the garments. There will be styling assistance throughout the entire duration of your appointment if needed. |
After your appointment |
Option 1: You are more than welcome to book a hire on the spot and take home your hired garment if it is available and your event date is on the same weekend. The $20 try-on fee will be deducted from your total hire cost. Option 2: If you do not wish to hire anything once your appointment is over, we will provide you with a $20 credit that will only be available to book a hire on our website within 48hrs of your try-on appointment. Please understand that under no circumstances will the $20 try-on fee be refunded back to you. Additionally, if you place your hire after the 48hr window has passed, you will have to pay the full hire fee on top of the $20 try-on fee. |
